We love Scouts! Your visit will include a tour and lots of opportunity to examine many of the artifacts close up. Then, choose extra hands on activity from the list below, or dress up in period costumes.

Basic Scout Tour
A basic tour includes a one-hour tour through the house with the opportunity to look closely at artifacts and even handle some. Knowledgeable guides will help scouts get a firsthand look at lives in the 1850’s.

Reservations
Reservations are required for scout visits. If you are planning a scouting trip, please make reservations as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Cost
$4.50 per scout

In addition to the tour we can customize programs to work on various scouting goals. These programs will be priced at a negotiated price based on the complexity and duration of the event.
The Wornall House is also a great place to do your Eagle Scout project or Girl Scout Gold Award. Please call us to talk about potential projects.
